Dunbar Builders Inc. is an award-winning custom home building company serving the Greater Columbia SC area since 1994. The father-son team builds in many fine communities in the Columbia area including the nationally-recognized Saluda River Club and on client-owned lots. In 2011, the company was selected for membership in the exclusive Southern Living Custom Builder Program.

 Pat Dunbar A graduate of Indiana University School of Business, Pat Dunbar founded Dunbar Builders Inc. after serving in the Air Force and working for several years in banking and finance. Pat presently serves on the Lexington County Planning Commission, and previously spent 16 years on the Richland County Planning Commission. Pat is an active member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia, serving as the association's president in 2002. He also is involved with Rotary International, the United Way of the Midlands, the American Cancer Society and the March of Dimes.

 Patrick Dunbar Patrick Dunbar joined Dunbar Builders in 1999 after graduating from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC with a B.S. in Business. Patrick is actively involved in the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia, and presently serves on the association's board of directors. He is a member of the Green Building Council of Greater Columbia and is working toward his designation as a Certified Master Builder in South Carolina.
